The contemporary, furnished, light-flooded, 64m2 apartment with a large balcony invites you to stay and feel relaxed in the winter, as well as in warmer seasons. The furnishing was executed with high-quality materials and value was placed on a timeless, stylish Scandinavian design using  alpine chic elements.

The spacious living and dining area has an open kitchen, which forms the core of the apartment. A double bedroom with box spring bed with pine wood back (ensures lower heart rate and extended relaxation phase during sleep), a large bathroom with rain shower and double washbasin, a separate toilet and a full size sofa bed (slatted frame and spring mattress), comfortably accommodate 2 – 4 people (couples, families, friends). The apartment has a large wardrobe area and ample storage space in the built-in wardrobes.

The kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances (oven, sous-vide, steamer, microwave, induction hob). This allows cooking at the highest level and makes the heart of every amateur chef beat faster. The dishwasher is extremely quiet and therefore does not interfere with the stay in the living and dining area.

The large balcony, with ample sunlight, can virtually be brought into the living room in summer via the wide sliding door to provide indoor – outdoor living offering a breathtaking view of the mountain landscape of Paznaun: ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or drinking a glass of wine under the evening sun.

The ski room has two lockable ski/snowboard boxes belonging to the apartment, complete with integrated boot heating. Two covered car parking spaces with enough space for bicycles and/or scooters also belong to the apartment.
